The second number allows you to make calls from your cell phone using the second phone number on the existing SIM card, regardless of which mobile operator you have subscribed to. These two numbers are on the same cell phone.
The second number gives you a business number that you can use to separate yourself from your private number. You can use this number as a registration number on your WhatsApp Business or Telegram.
Outgoing calls are made with the existing SIM card using your existing mobile account in accordance with your agreement with the mobile operator.
